Cancellation is possible, and the only thing that really matters is timing. Until the team starts preparing your set, an order exists as a plan and can be cancelled or moved to another date without any cost.
The picture changes once work begins. Inflated helium balloons cannot be put back into stock, printed balloons carry someone else's name, and a fresh bouquet has already been cut and assembled, so from that point a cancellation is settled against the materials and labour already spent. The same applies to items bought in specially for your order.
If plans are shifting rather than collapsing, tell us as early as you can. Moving a date, reducing the size of a set or swapping a colour is usually simpler and cheaper than cancelling outright and starting again.
- Free cancellation before inflation, printing or assembly starts
- After production begins, materials and labour already used are charged
- Custom printed and personalised items cannot be resold, so they are charged in full
- Fresh flowers are perishable and follow the same rule once cut and assembled
- Changing the date or the composition is usually easier than cancelling
Write to the team through the contact page as soon as the plan changes.
