Take a quick look at the set while the courier is still with you. Count the foil figures, check that nothing is visibly deflated and that the latex holds an even size, since problems noticed at handover are the easiest to settle on the spot.
If something has burst, say so immediately and photograph the set as it arrived. A photo taken at the address, before the balloons go into a hot room or into the sun, is what lets us settle the matter without a long discussion about where the damage happened.
Transit damage is on us. Depending on what happened and how much time is left before your event, we either replace the affected balloons, rebuild the set, or agree a solution that works for the timing you have. What we ask is that you tell us the same day rather than after the party.
- Check the set with the courier before signing off
- Photograph any damage at the delivery address
- Report the problem the same day, ideally within the hour
- Burst or deflated items from transit are replaced at our expense
- Where time is tight, we agree the fastest workable fix with you
The quickest route for a report is the contact page.
