Advice is part of the order, not an extra. Most people know the occasion and the colour they like but not how many balloons a particular room actually needs, and that is exactly where a short conversation saves money.
The more useful your brief, the better the proposal. Photographs of the space matter most, together with the ceiling height, the approximate area, where the cake or the main table will stand, and whether the decor has to survive a full day or just an evening. Add the palette, a reference picture if you have one, and the budget you are working with.
In return we suggest a composition: what to put where, what should be foil and what latex, where an arch works better than a garland, and where fewer but larger balloons will look better than a crowd of small ones.
