13 silver foil letter balloons that spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY, perfect for making into a garland at a birthday party!Do not over-inflate the balloons as there is a risk that they will burst!Each letter measures 40cm in height.The balloons arrive flat (uninflated) and without string to hang them up.These balloons can be inflated using normal air with a pump or a staw, and have an automatic closing mechanism. Insert the straw into the opening, deep enough to facilitate inflation.Helium inflation is not recommended with these balloons.

In the beginning I thought it was difficult to place my order with shop because am hosting my son birthday on hotel, but later on I realized that they are doing their best to ensure we are satisfied with their services, even when they find-out my order details was out of stock they provided alternatives..Also I loved them being initiative while checking my order even when its on the basket..Thank-you BembyBalloon for making our day as we loved..

This was the only place I could find Russian cartoon themed balloons! It is a bit on the pricier side but the quality is great and variety is too. I loved that they could print out the name on the balloon as well for that extra touch :)
Will recommend to others!
